Process Overview

This screen will show GWASpi’s current process queue and the state the processes are currently in (1).
Processes are executed in sequential order as they were submitted, one at a time, as they may require all the RAM dedicated to GWASpi to execute safely.

Deletion processes will be executed all together at the end of normal processes, to avoid deleting data that would be required for other queued processes.

You may abort running or queued processes (2). The abortion action will be undertaken only once GWASpi is in a state that assures the safe interruption of the process.

While processes are still running, the GWASpi logo (3) will appear as busy.
Additionally, all process activity is being logged in the process log window (4). You may save a run’s process log to an external file for future reference.
